The Arkansas Marathon Boston Qualifier follows a scenic course that winds along the northern edge of the Ouachita National Forest. Runners can choose from a full marathon, half marathon, 10K or 5k. The Arkansas Marathon Boston Qualifier follows a scenic course that winds along the northern edge of the Ouachita National Forest on state highway 23. Beautiful views in the heart of the Natural State!
Community aid stations every mile of the race! Every finisher earns an impressive 6-inch, full-color custom medal designed by a local high school art student!
Built on OpenStreetMap — the route line follows the real AR-23 highway alignment out of downtown Booneville. Pins are interpolated at each aid station's approximate mile point and should be confirmed by GPS survey before this becomes the live course map.

Outside the start/finish area, the course runs on an active state highway. Organizers post signage, feather flags, and police presence, but runners are instructed to stay on the left shoulder, facing traffic, and to stay alert the whole way out and back.
